Mark Thornton - Chief Executive Officer
As an experienced professional specializing in international distribution, successful strategies have been developed and implemented in various industries, including consumer products and FMCG food products. Expertise lies in sea and air transportation, as well as strategic international distribution planning and execution.
I have extensive experience in product development, product sourcing, and international business development, which has allowed for an innovative and creative approach in working with top corporations in sports & leisure, apparel, FMCG-food, and other industries. Consulting services have been provided, and international goals have been achieved.
I am happily married and a proud father of three grown children. I enjoy boating, baseball, golf, and traveling to explore the world. My favorite vacation spot is the stunning lake region of northern Italy.
Gly Arriesgado - Customer Success Manager
As a dedicated Customer Success Manager, I am passionate about fostering strong relationships and driving value for my clients. With a proven track record in enhancing customer satisfaction and engagement, I leverage my expertise to ensure that clients not only achieve their goals but also realize the full potential of our products and services.
I specialize in supplier development and sales, working closely with our partners to optimize performance and improve product quality. By building strong supplier relationships, I help create a seamless supply chain that enhances our service delivery and benefits our clients.

Originally from the Philippines, I am a proud mom of three beautiful daughters. I spend most weekends taking care of my kids and enjoying quality time with my family. I love watching Netflix and relaxing at home, though I also enjoy the occasional trip to the beach.

As the Director of International Operations, I bring a diverse background across industries, including logistics, tech, and real estate, which has equipped me with a well-rounded skill set for managing complex domestic and international logistics operations. My experience spans multiple sectors, allowing me to approach logistics from unique perspectives and adapt swiftly to industry-specific challenges.
Throughout my career, I've honed my abilities to coordinate large-scale logistics operations, ensuring that every shipment arrives securely and efficiently. I am committed to delivering proficiency and peace of mind to our customers by upholding high standards of accuracy, compliance, and cost-effectiveness in all logistics processes. I thrive on finding innovative solutions for shipment consolidations, prioritizing strategies that streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

Outside of work, I’m part of an international team and have a passion for exploring new destinations, cultures, and activities. I enjoy the thrill of adventure, whether it’s cliff jumping, sport shooting, or anything that gives me an adrenaline rush. At home, I’m a proud dad to a one-year-old and a devoted partner to my fiancée. Together, we’re always planning our next adventure and embracing every moment as a family.
Kendall Thornton - Project Manager
I’m proud to be part of our family business, where I have the privilege of working alongside my dad and our trusty office companion, Leo. In my role, I coordinate special projects, oversee website updates, and manage email campaigns, all while ensuring the team works efficiently and cohesively.
Working with my family adds a unique sense of purpose and connection, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to contribute to something that’s not only professionally fulfilling but also personally meaningful. Communication and collaboration are key in everything I do, and I’m always looking for ways to innovate and improve. Together with my dad and Leo, we strive to build a business that reflects our values and delivers exceptional service to our customers!
In addition to my work here, I’m also a special education teacher, which gives me a deep appreciation for patience, understanding, and clear communication. Outside of work, I’m an avid book lover and enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends.
Leo - Pet Chief Quality Control Officer
Introducing our beloved canine connoisseur: Chief Kibble & Treat Taster, Leo!
Leo ensures that every kibble offered by TTRG is Paw-sitively Perfect. He is our own Four-legged Foodie Guru and a true legend in the kibble kingdom.
Leo wears many hats at TTRG, not only serving as the Chief Tasting Officer, but also as the Director of Security. With a keen eye and smell for detail, he diligently patrols the perimeter, keeping a watchful eye on any unauthorized visitors.
When Leo is not busy with his official duties, he knows how to kick back and relax. With a whopping eight beds, he has options for every mood and occasion. Leo also loves stealing socks. No sock is safe around him, as he’s been known to swipe them from laundry baskets, closets and even off people’s feet when they’re not looking. He is known as the “Sock Bandit” among his human companions.
Leo is also an avid collector of stuffed toys. His collection rivals that of a toy store.
