Mark Thornton - Chief Executive Officer
As an experienced professional specializing in international distribution, successful strategies have been developed and implemented in various industries, including consumer products and FMCG food products. Expertise lies in sea and air transportation, as well as strategic international distribution planning and execution.
I have extensive experience in product development, product sourcing, and international business development, which has allowed for an innovative and creative approach in working with top corporations in sports & leisure, apparel, FMCG-food, and other industries. Consulting services have been provided, and international goals have been achieved.
I am happily married and a proud father of three grown children. I enjoy boating, baseball, golf, and traveling to explore the world. My favorite vacation spot is the stunning lake region of northern Italy.
Kat Eicher - Director of Operations & Logistics
As a Director of Operations & Logistics, I have a wealth of experience in Domestic and International logistics management, order fulfillment, and international customer communication.
My experience has given me the skills to coordinate and manage logistics operations on a large scale. I am passionate about finding solutions for international shipment consolidations, and I am committed to ensuring that each shipment reaches its destination in a timely, and safe manner. My focus is always on providing proficiency, accuracy, and much-needed peace of mind to my customers, by delivering logistics operations that are efficient, cost-effective, and compliant with all relevant regulations and laws.
I pride myself on being a trusted advisor to the business, while dedicated to working in close collaboration with all departments, to ensure seamless integration of logistics operations that deliver the desired results. I always prioritize discovering creative approaches to surpass my customers' expectations by delivering exceptional service and support.
In my free time, when I'm not occupied with chasing shipments and monitoring container ships, I am a wife to a wonderful husband and a mom to a baseball loving boy. Our free time is spent at the baseball field, exploring new travel destinations, and figuring out the answer to every day's question "what's for dinner?"
Nate Nelson - Director of Supplier Development & Sales
As a Director of Supplier Development and Sales, I have a proven track record of identifying and developing new suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier performance. In my current role, I work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure that supplier selection and performance align with company goals and objectives. I am also responsible for developing and implementing supplier performance metrics, which drive continuous improvement and ensure that company needs are met.
I began working in Food Services in 2020, focusing on business development with various state-run facilities and privately held businesses. Alongside this, I've continued my work as a Regional Vice President for Equitable Distributors in the life insurance industry. I spent a decade working in financial services, holding various roles such as direct retail sales and wholesale brokerage.
As a former football team captain who graduated from UC Davis in 2001, I spent the next 7 years coaching football at high school and collegiate levels. During my coaching tenure, I had the privilege of coaching at prestigious institutions such as Stanford, Princeton, and West Point. In my work life, I draw from my athletic experience, believing in a team environment and being driven by competition. I consider empathy and effective communication as essential elements in business.
Currently, I reside in San Diego with my wife and daughter Althea. My hobbies include cooking, golfing, and coaching my daughter's sports teams.
Leo - Pet Chief Quality Control Officer

Leo ensures that every kibble offered by TTRG is Paw-sitively Perfect. He is our own Four-legged Foodie Guru and a true legend in the kibble kingdom.
Leo wears many hats at TTRG, not only serving as the Chief Tasting Officer, but also as the Director of Security. With a keen eye and smell for detail, he diligently patrols the perimeter, keeping a watchful eye on any unauthorized visitors.
When Leo is not busy with his official duties, he knows how to kick back and relax. With a whopping eight beds, he has options for every mood and occasion. Leo also loves stealing socks. No sock is safe around him, as he’s been known to swipe them from laundry baskets, closets and even off people’s feet when they’re not looking. He is known as the “Sock Bandit” among his human companions.
Leo is also an avid collector of stuffed toys. His collection rivals that of a toy store.
